A simple tool for a personal signature
Make Signature Online is a free browser tool for creating a reusable image of your signature. Draw it yourself or type your name, then download an image for your documents and creative work.
What you can make
Draw mode accepts mouse, touch, or stylus input and gives you ink colors, pen thickness, and undo and redo controls. Type mode renders your name in one of 12 signature designs or 24 handwriting styles, including elegant calligraphy, casual lettering, and bold brush designs. Preview your name in each style and choose the one that suits you.
Both modes produce PNG or JPG downloads cropped around your signature. PNG can keep a transparent background, which is useful when placing handwriting over a document. There is no subscription, watermark, or account requirement.
Designed to work on your device
The tool is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The browser renders and exports your signature without uploading it. Fonts are bundled with the site, so the tool does not need an external font service. The privacy and security page explains the details, including ordinary hosting requests and downloaded files.
What this tool does not do
Make Signature Online does not edit PDFs or Word documents, remove backgrounds from uploaded scans, verify identities, or provide a document signing audit trail. Its output is an image. Use a recipient’s required signing process when a document calls for one.
